Thomas J. Hinsberg began his career with the firm in 1983 and became a Director in 1992. He specializes in closely held corporations and has extensive experience with construction contractors, real estate developers, manufacturers, trucking companies, retailers, and insurance agencies. In his consulting capacity, he has directed merger and acquisition transactions, restructured troubled companies into profitable ventures, and developed corporate strategic plans.
