James P. O’Rilley began his career with the firm in 1987 and became a tax director in 1997. He is a specialist in multi-state tax issues and planning. His client responsibilities include compliance, research, and communication of tax-planning techniques, and representation of clients under government audit. He works with closely held corporations and Sub Chapter S corporations in construction, steel processing, manufacturing, and automobile dealerships.
