Lawrence A. Simon began his career with Doeren Mayhew in 1983 and became a director in 1991. He is director in charge of the firm’s Corporate Finance Group and is a member of the Management Committee. He specializes in closely held corporations, mergers and acquisitions, and business consulting. He has extensive experience with manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, and service organizations. Mr. Simon has performed litigation services for numerous clients, including plaintiff and defendant representation, calculation of damages, testimony in depositions, and trial testimony in circuit and federal courts.
