Joseph A. Amine began his career with the firm in 1990. He is
director in charge of the international firm of Moore Stephens
Doeren Mayhew and has client responsibility in various industries.
He is the past chairman of Moore Stephens North America, Inc. Mr.
Amine has significant experience in the areas of bankruptcy, debt
restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions. He also has industry
experience as a corporate controller for an international company
that grew substantially and went public under his direction.
