Director of Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory
Claudio Calado is an advisory director in charge of various elements of the Corporate Finance and Strategic Services Group for Doeren Mayhew with specialization in mergers and acquisitions. His responsibilities require technical and practical expertise in all stages of the merger and acquisition process and in strategic and operational business finance planning and analysis, including valuation of business and intangible assets. Over the course of his tenure he has assisted clients in various industry and service sectors in performing due diligence activities, optimizing capitalization structure, purchase price allocation for financial accounting and tax, restructuring, and post merger/acquisition integration. Additional litigation services performed by Claudio include calculation of damages, analysis, and evaluations of other expert reports.
Mr. Calado has obtained in-depth manufacturing industry knowledge and experience from his prior employment with an international supplier. His responsibilities included merger and acquisition for the company, budgeting and forecasting for all of NAO, cash flow management, and active involvement in evaluating and determining financing for the operations.
