Managing Director
Mark A. Crawford began his career with the firm in 1976, became an audit director in 1985, became Managing Director in 1996, and is a member of the firm’s Management Committee. He specializes in representing closely held corporations and has extensive experience with auto dealerships, contractors, manufacturers, and various service industries. In his position, he has provided litigation support (including substantial testimony) in numerous trials and has performed many business valuations for corporations. Mark also has directed many corporate mergers, acquisitions, sales, and financing packages as the former Director of Valuation and Litigation Services.
