Professional Experience
Jonathan Dean joined the firm in 1996 as a management consulting
project leader, specializing in the areas of strategic planning,
business financing, merger and acquisition transactions, and
business valuation. Over an 18 year period prior to joining the
firm, he held senior executive roles in two manufacturing companies,
and was on the management team of a marketing consulting and
advertising firm that operated subsidiaries in several related
fields. Combining a broad background in operations, marketing, and
finance, he is well-versed in the issues associated with forming
businesses, raising capital, developing fully integrated operational
and marketing strategies, redesigning business processes, and
restructuring ownership in closely held businesses.
