Joe DeGennaro began his career with the firm in 1976 and became a
director in 1983. He is director in charge of the tax department and
is a past member of the firm’s Management Committee. He is a
specialist in the areas of corporate, partnership, and individual
taxation, and has extensive experience in business formation as
well. His specific expertise encompasses the manufacturing and
construction industries, real estate, and related fields.
