Todd R. Fox began his career with the firm in 1991. He has supervised significant medium and large audit engagements for a wide variety of clients, including financial institutions, manufacturers, construction contractors, real estate developments, and not-for-profit entities and municipalities. Todd’s expertise includes extensive federal and single business tax planning (SBT) for C-Corps, S-Corps, and LLCs, and merger and acquisition projects. His significant consultant roles include specialized costing and margin improvement projects and business plan profitability projections.
