Over the course of his career, Charlie has worked on more than 150 transactions spanning numerous industries, including significant experience with carveout transactions, complex deal structures, post-close financial integration and purchase accounting matters. Today, he provides accounting and financial due diligence support with a focus on quality of earnings, working capital analysis, cash-flow and forecast evaluation, and key purchase agreement considerations. Prior to his transaction advisory role, he served as a senior analyst with a Fortune 500 company, where he analyzed plant- and corporate-level profit-and-loss performance, identified key value drivers and supported cost savings initiatives
Working closely with both buyers and sellers, Charlie brings a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to each engagement. He is known for identifying transaction risks early, highlighting value drivers and providing practical recommendations that help clients make confident, well-informed investment decisions.
