Before joining Doeren Mayhew through 1RDG’s acquisition in 2026, Cory served as chief operating officer, where she led firm-wide strategy execution, operational alignment and culture initiatives. Today, she leverages her expertise in leadership development, change leadership, organizational design, talent management and succession planning to help lead the firm’s HR advisory practice. Cory’s background in sales, human resources and talent management enables her to partner with executive teams to navigate complex challenges with strategic, practical insight that drives engagement and results.
