John leads Doeren Mayhew’s New York region and serves as a trusted advisor to business owners, helping them maximize enterprise value through strategic planning and informed decision-making.
A natural-born leader, John co-founded 1RDG as managing partner, leading the firm’s evolution into a comprehensive financial services organization and ultimately its merger with Doeren Mayhew in 2026.
In his current role, John specializes in growth planning, mergers and acquisitions, and family succession strategies, with deep experience serving construction and real estate clients. Over the years, he has advised hundreds of businesses in securing millions of dollars in government funding and incentive programs, including COVID-related stimulus funding, SBA disaster loans and New York state training grants.
John brings a hands-on, client-first approach, treating every client’s business as if it were his own and focusing on strategies that drive long-term value.
