Max’s passion for public accounting has helped him build a well-rounded background to advise his clients across all business matters. Beyond working with clients to ensure they meet regulatory requirements, Max is also a certified tax coach, uniquely positioning him to help them navigate through tax and accounting matters as well. He is a frequent speaker and actively involved in various accounting- and financial-based organizations.

Max delivers practical guidance with business owners to navigate both advisory and assurance matters in order to move businesses toward achieving their goals. Prior to joining Doeren Mayhew, Max gained experience as manager in the Big 4 and was an equity partner at Reimer McGuinness Hess PC before its 2025 acquisition.
