Beginning his career as a mechanical engineer in the aerospace industry, Mike offers a unique analytical perspective that sets him apart in his work with closely held, middle market companies. Today, his tax, accounting and consulting experience spans the full lifecycle of a business — from startup and expansion to generational transition or sale to a third party.
