Mike has a passion for working with business owners, focusing on proactive strategies to minimize risk and avoid unexpected tax liabilities. Beyond meeting the tax compliance needs of his clients, Mike also offers general accounting support and advisory services, including budgeting, cash flow forecasting and strategic planning.

Mike was previously an equity partner at Reimer McGuinness Hess PC before its 2025 acquisition, where he helped lead the firm’s strategic direction. He brings a unique perspective to his clients, drawing on his own experience building a business to truly understand what it takes to achieve growth and success.
