Leading the firm’s housing authority niche, he provides strategic oversight of audit engagements, reviews and approves fieldwork procedures, and ensures the accuracy and integrity of final audit reports. His expertise includes the Moving to Work (MTW) program and its reporting requirements, as well as Financial Data Schedule reporting, which helps minimize the risk of Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) rejections.
