Sham brings nearly 40 years of combined public and industry accounting experience to help businesses and their owners navigate complex financial landscapes with clarity and confidence. His expertise spans tax planning and preparation, estate and succession strategies, and budgeting and retirement planning, all with a focus on aligning financial decisions with long‑term personal and business goals. 

Launching his career in audit at a Big Eight firm, Sham developed a strong technical foundation while working with large, complex organizations. After transitioning into tax, Sham made the move to industry accounting, serving as controller of an automobile dealership, where he gained hands‑on insight into the financial drivers and challenges of running a business. He ultimately applied these experiences as an entrepreneur, co-founding his own CPA practice along with his spouse. This unique blend of accounting expertise, operational experience and business leadership enables Sham to serve clients with practical, well‑rounded financial insight. 

Known for his genuine approach to client relationships, Sham has cultivated partnerships that span decades — many lasting more than 30 years.
