In this role, he assists management teams in navigating accounting standards, strengthening financial reporting processes and approaching strategic decisions with greater clarity and confidence.
Steven also advises business owners and investors on mergers, acquisitions and other strategic transactions, including financial due diligence, transaction readiness and evaluating opportunities for growth, investment or exit.
