Zach Jones

Zach brings nearly 25 years of experience, combining deep technical expertise with a strategic approach to financial leadership. 

He began his career in the Big 4, where he specialized in transaction advisory, giving him a strong analytical skillset and the ability to evaluate complex financial landscapes. Zach later moved into industry accounting, where he developed in-depth knowledge of ESOP structures and played a key role in driving business growth and operational performance. Today, he oversees financial strategy, performance management and operational efficiency, helping guide the firm through a period of significant growth, including expansion through acquisitions, while ensuring its financial strength and scalability. In 2021, he was named a finalist for the Financial Executives International (FEI) CFO of the Year Award.
