Doeren Mayhew, a national assurance, tax and advisory firm, has acquired Novarata, Inc., adding to its technology affiliate, Georgia-based GRIFFIN Global Technologies (GRIFFIN).
Novarata, Inc., which operates as SolidFuture, provides technology consulting services across software development, systems integration, cloud solutions, AI automation and data analytics, helping organizations use technology to improve performance and support growth. The transaction combines two client-focused technology consulting teams, expanding available resources, technical expertise and service capabilities while creating new opportunities for growth and innovation.
