The National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) announced the election of Jason LeRoy, a leading valuation pro based in Michigan, to its Executive Advisory Board (EAB), the highest elected position within the organization. In addition to this honor, Jason has also been named the recipient of the 2025 J. Richard Claywell Outstanding Member Award, which is a quarterly award presented to NACVA members who exemplify leadership, innovation and dedication to the advancement of the valuation profession.

Richard Claywell Outstanding Member Award,” says LeRoy, a principal at Doeren Mayhew who leads the firm’s dedicated Litigation Support and Valuation Group. “It's a privilege to serve alongside such dedicated leaders and reflect the excellence this award celebrates, and I look forward to advancing our profession together."

NACVA is the world’s largest organization of business valuation professionals, having trained over 40,000 CPAs and financial experts in business valuation, financial forensics, litigation support and related consulting disciplines. The association plays a vital role in supporting the legal and business communities by certifying professionals and upholding the highest standards of practice.

As a member of the EAB, LeRoy will collaborate with NACVA’s board of directors and provide oversight and guidance to boards, including the Valuation Credentialing Board, Education Oversight Board, Litigation Forensics Board and Standards Board.

LeRoy brings over two decades of experience in business valuation and litigation support and holds licenses as a certified fraud examiner, accredited senior appraiser and certified valuation analyst. In addition to this recognition, he was also recognized by the NACVA as a “40 Under Forty” honoree.
