Bringing more than 25 years of public accounting experience, Aaron is a key member of the firm’s leadership team responsible for executing the firm’s long-term growth strategy, while also bringing that same financial insight and strategic guidance to support clients through audit engagements, mergers and acquisition and growth-focused business initiatives.

As a member of Doeren Mayhew’s Management Committee, Aaron helps guide the firm’s strategic growth, operational performance and enterprise-wide decision making. He also plays an active role in the firm’s Board of Managers, representing Doeren Mayhew in collaboration with its private equity partner, Audax Private Equity. In this role, he supports strategic planning, acquisition evaluation, transaction execution and post-acquisition integration efforts. He works closely with key stakeholders to help strengthen scalability, alignment and long-term value across the firm.

In addition, Aaron leads Doeren Mayhew’s Construction Group, advising construction, real estate and related businesses on financial reporting, operational performance, growth planning and complex business transactions.
