Doeren Mayhew Assists in Sale of Taco Group Holdings LLC to Pentair
Doeren Mayhew served as financial advisor to Taco Group Holdings LLC and its fourth-generation owners in the sale of the company to Pentair in a transaction valued at approximately $1.4 billion.
Founded in 1920, Taco Group is an international HVAC company headquartered in Cranston, Rhode Island, with a presence in 13 countries. The transaction marks a significant milestone for the White family and positions Taco Group for its next chapter with publicly held Pentair.

Over a process spanning more than 15 months, Doeren Mayhew provided comprehensive M&A advisory services, including evaluating investment banking firms, assisting with the confidential information memorandum, assessing potential buyers and supporting sell-side due diligence.
