Bryan Clark Appointed to University of Houston System Board of Regents
Bryan Clark, CPA, a tax principal at Doeren Mayhew, has been appointed by Texas Governor Greg Abbott to the University of Houston (UH) System Board of Regents, where he will serve to help govern the university.
Clark graduated from UH in 1990 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a double major in Accounting and Marketing. He is a lifetime member of the UH Alumni Association, a longtime supporter of UH Athletics and a member of the Nantz Leadership Society.
“It’s an incredible honor to serve on this board,” Clark said. “The University of Houston helped shaped my career and continues to play a vital role in our community. I look forward to giving back and helping advance its mission of excellence in education and innovation.”
At Doeren Mayhew, Clark brings more than 35 years of experience, specializing in helping privately held businesses and high-net-worth families meet their financial goals through strategic planning and compliance solutions. An entrepreneur at heart, Clark founded and managed his own accounting practice for nearly 25 years before merging into Doeren Mayhew in 2025.
