HOUSTON – Sept. 4, 2025 – Doeren Mayhew has acquired Houston CPA firm BC Consulting, further expanding its presence in the local and surrounding areas. All former BC Consulting employees joined Doeren Mayhew as of Aug. 1, 2025.

“Houston is a thriving market, and we are pursuing growth opportunities that help keep us at the forefront of our industry. Bryan Clark has managed a very successful CPA firm in Houston for more than 20 years, so integrating him into our firm was a natural fit,” says Chris Masters, Houston managing principal at Doeren Mayhew.

Clark formed BC Consulting in 2002, where he focused on tax and accounting services for Houston businesses and individuals. His diverse client background spans across restaurants, oilfield services, logistics and distribution, and more. Clark will join Doeren Mayhew in a principal leadership role.

This acquisition comes fresh off the news of Reimer McGuinness Hess joining Doeren Mayhew’s Houston office as well as Vanessa Sola, who sold her practice to the firm in July 2025.
