On Dec. 31, 2025, Marion and Polk Schools Credit Union (Maps) of Salem, Oregon, completed its purchase and assumption of substantially all assets and liabilities of Lewis & Clark Bank, Oregon City, Oregon, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Lewis & Clark Bancorp.

As a result of the transaction, Maps now has over $1.7 billion in assets, serves over 83,000 members, and has a total of 14 full-service branch locations.
