Adam is based in the Troy, Michigan office, where he leverages his 10 years of experience to advise privately held businesses and their key stakeholders. Adam plays a crucial role in assisting clients with proactive federal, state and local tax planning throughout the year, focusing on delivering business and financial strategies to drive business growth. Adam is also frequently called upon to represent clients during IRS audits, acting as a dedicated advocate and expert guide throughout the process. 

Charlie Rewold, CPA

Charlie specializes in transaction advisory services to businesses in the lower middle market sector as well as with private equity investors and asset-based lenders. With nearly 10 years of experience working in auditing and corporate finance roles, he strives to play an essential role in his client’s acquisition strategies by delivering strong financial data.
