Doeren Mayhew Opens Doors in Atlanta with AGL CPA Group Combination
Doeren Mayhew, the nation’s 47th largest assurance, tax and advisory firm, has made a significant expansion into the Atlanta market with the merging in of AGL CPA Group (AGL), effective as of July 16, 2025.
Deeply connected in the Atlanta community for over 15 years, AGL serves a diverse client base of closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals with consulting, tax and attestation services. AGL, which now operates under the Doeren Mayhew brand, brought over its 20-plus employees to the firm. Jay Robbins will act as the managing principal in the region, while its other partners Bradley Sienkiewicz, Jim Leutenegger, Justin Bailey and Daniel Cassandra join the firm’s leadership team as principals.
The transaction establishes Doeren Mayhew’s presence in the region with a new Duluth office and strengthens the capabilities of several practice areas, including tax, audit, transaction advisory, CFO advisory, manufacturing, construction, real estate and professional services. Doeren Mayhew will capitalize on AGL’s deep technology, broker dealer and alternative investments sector experience to expand its industry reach.
